Tinsel

The fluff of the tree. 

Cut paper into thin strips and curl with your nail or side of scissors.

Place on limbs of tree. Thickness of tinsel can vary to add depth and dimension. Try curling the same strip of paper in different directions.

I like adding a whole piece of paper or two of “fluff” to fill in any gaps.
